I was completely healthy and I was dropped into game with the Red Dead screen. I don’t know what happened but I died without even being in game. I would really appreciate it if I could get my character back

Bohemia doesn’t, and probably can’t give your character back. There’s a chance that you were killed upon spawning in by another player, or landmines. This is especially possible on old gen consoles but is also feasible for new gen because there’s a short time where you are spawned in but not able to play whilst in a T-Pose.
