Not everyone wants to go to the gas zones for the loot they spawn except for players who use alt accounts. For players who only use one account, the risk is too great. It would be more fun if you could still find suppressors, night vision scopes, and other items in normal Tier 4 military locations, even if the chance they will spawn in tiny.
