Steps To Reproduce
Tried, tools sledge, pickaxe, screwdriver, hammer on various sizes of rocks in several different locations and never got the prompt to get stones.
Additional Information
Have 1.25 on Livonia console server running out of Ny. No Mods only slightly boosted loot through types and spawnabletypes.xml

This is known behaviour and has been reported previously. We would like to get a fix out for the next update/hotfix.
