The game crashes when I have mods loaded and I've encountered two different error types; 0x00000103 (STATUS_PENDING) and 0xC0000005 (STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, verifying game files on steam, and deleting my mods and reinstalling them, but nothing has worked. I've tried loading one mod at a time to see if I can pick out which one is causing issues but it seems to be random every time. I'll load a mod, it'll work, then I load another mod and it doesn't then I remove both and it still doesn't work. Sometimes I get a 0x00000103 (STATUS_PENDING) error before the game even finishes launching but the game will still let me play as long as I don't touch that message, when I have clicked on it to see what its talking about its completely blank? Overall I'm just really confused.

Steps To Reproduce
Launch the game, wait for it to get to "Initializing Addons" and if it doesn't crash there after a bit it will load into a black screen and crash. Sometimes It will launch successfully with or without mods but I haven't been able to find out what makes it work and what doesn't let it work.
