Hello!

After 1.24 released, Nitrado open dazxb folder, where all previous log files stay.

Since update there is big delay in log files .adm/rpt, from 15-40 min personally, before last update delay was around 5-10min in web panel.

So you check web panel, reload page, delay can be up 40 min easily, when log information appears, no any issues, in log file all info comes each 5min.

Nitrado support told that its not their issue, but can be issue with new folder, like server keeps to much logs thats why cant update log file in time, and need to clean it via support, because when you try to delete all previous log files, after restart they appear again.

Also the issue can be somewhere with ddos protection since last Nitrado shutdowns. Leaving tickets also 1982452 , 1982362 , 1979737 , 1914357 , 1809279 etc

Tired to speak with regular support, they cant help, or understand, please contact devs, why this issue happens, let them fix it, and make log file works correctly like was before 1.24 update / winter shutdowns

This seems like incorrect answer from the Nitrado support, as we do not have control over server log files retention in any way on their web interface.

Retention is set up on Nitrado's side.

and need to clean it via support, because when you try to delete all previous log files, after restart they appear again.

This system is also set up by Nitrado.
