Can you please provide your Vigor ID and also more detailed description of the issue? Possibly with reproduction steps?

2d7a1068-d4a9-4b03-8dac-161a72006312 is my vigor id- only way to reproduce is when I die- then the message pops up and the game closes out after about 2 minutes- getting really irritating. It seems to happen mainly after I am shooting someone and they end up killing me.
