The Large US checkpoint, and the Medium Soviet Checkpoints have been misaligned since the update that added the NSV. Its a very simple fix. This occurs whether the game is modded or not in both Full Release and Experimental Reforger. It seems as when the dev that was changing the checkpoints for that update, he forgot to place the gun encampment back into the correct location in the checkpoint

Steps To Reproduce
Simply place a Large US checkpoint or Medium Soviet checkpoint in any manner. You will see the gun encampment is in the middle of the checkpoint, completely blocking it, making it a blockade rather than an actual checkpoint
