Game Master Radial Menu disappears after using Commanding Radial Menu

Game version: 1.2.0.12 (xbox)
Using gamepad
No mods

After activating the Commanding menu (Lb+view), the Game Master radial menu is no longer present. GM radial will remain "missing" until the affected player logs out and back in to the server or exits then re-launches the session (local).

Update:
As of experimental version 1.2.0.52 this issue persists and can be reproduced in the same way.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Spawn as a player and activate the Commanding Radial Menu with Lb+View
  2. Enter Game Master and hold X to bring up the GM Radial
  3. GM Radial will not be present and cannot be interacted with
