Issue Description:
Building the Russian triple roll individual barbed wire will disappear about 30 seconds after it’s been built.
It will happen regardless of whether you build it through the construction truck or the main operation tent in any base in the conflict game mode. This bug has been here for a few updates now. Once it disappears it will make the sound effect as if you disassembled it.
