When you're playing DayZ with a mouse, you can right click to aim down sights, and you can hold right click to hip fire.

This would be good option for controller because on controller you have to hold the left trigger to raise the weapon, click the right stick to aim down sights and then click A to switch magnification or to switch between iron sights and scope.

It would be more accessible if you could pull the left trigger once to go directly to aiming down sights, and hold the trigger to raise your weapon to hip fire position, or vice versa. Make it an option so people don't have to change unless they want to. For the people who use the new ADS controls, they could use the right stick click to switch between magnification, or switch between iron sights and scopes.
It would simplify the steps it takes to aim down sights or zoom in with a scope.
