Apparently there’s some way of placing storage containers like barrels, crates, and maybe sea chests inside of the larger tall freestanding rocks in the landscape.

I’ve searched for other examples in the large lower lying rocks that are often around these taller ones, but haven’t found any yet.

I saw a video recently that tipped me off to this glitch which I’ll include. Then I went looking for an example and found one straight away. I will include my video as well.

I know that players have been able to hide barrels inside of trees and crates inside of large deadfall, but the hollow rock trick is new to me.

There are dupers on our Official server that seem to be using this glitch to store their ill gotten gains.

I haven’t tried to reproduce this, so I’m not sure how it’s accomplished.
