Can you please try the following?
PS5
Go to PS5 settings -> Storage -> Saved Data -> PS4 Games
In the Delete tab, select DayZ and delete its data
You may need to be connected to the internet and signed in to PSN to actually display the DayZ save data in the Delete tab
Note that doing this will close the DayZ client if its running
PS4
Go to PS4 settings -> Storage -> System Storage -> Saved Data
Select DayZ
Press the Start button, and then select Delete
Select the DayZ data again and then press Delete and then confirm
Note that doing this will close the DayZ client if its running

@Geez can you help me with This , still an issue for me can’t play the game anymore , don’t know what this error is and nobody can’t tell me , I open the game and says this , deleted the game and still says the same , restore my licenses and still the same I really need the help
