Vehicles synced to Vehicle Respawn module are send to debug corner upon destruction

There seems to be an issue within the Vehicle Respawn Module. If a vehicle is synced to it and this vehicle is destroyed, it's wreck is teleported to debug corner with all crew still inside. This happens instantly when the vehicle gets destroyed. This is with the option for wrecks to be preserved. When the option is set for the wreck to be deleted, it happens right after the wreck is teleported to debug corner. Making it so the player or crew is now stuck swimming or standing depending on the map in debug corner.

It has been tested with the following vehicles:
UH-80 Ghost Hawk
AMV-7 Marshall
M2A1 Slammer
M4 Scorcher,
HEMTT,
A-164 Wipeout

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Be on the latest arma 3 version 2.16
  2. go to eden and place down a helicopter, tank, wheeled, car or boat.
  3. place the module: Vehicle Respawn (ModuleRespawnVehicle_F) in the mission.
  4. Sync the vehicle to the module
  5. set the following parameters (I haven't tried if other parameters change the behavior other than the wreck parameter)
  6. delay is empty
  7. Deserted Distance is set to 1500
  8. Tickets is left empty
  9. Expression is left empty
  10. Position: starting position
  11. Position selection: Oldest
  12. Wreck: Can be both preserve or Delete or Delete with an explosion effect.
  13. Notification: Enabled
  14. Forced Respawn: Disabled
  15. Respawn when disabled: Disabled.
  1. Place a player slot in the mission.
  2. set up a way to destroy the vehicle either from a trigger on radio command. Or just spawn an A.I. from zeus with a rocket launcher.
  3. Set the player slot up in such a way that it also has zeus access through a game master module.
  4. Start playing the mission.
  5. Destroy the vehicle and watch how its teleported instantly to the debug corner.

I also have included the .rpt file of this session. I do not have a crash dump or anything else which may be useful.

Might be linked to another bug report about how a ghost hawk gets stuck in a respawn loop.
