I am working with "The Lab" servers and we have noticed during times of extreme population where we have over 100 people in the queue while people are loading in many players are getting the attached error message after pressing play, before they even get into the queue. This happens very often, some players have to try 20 times before the game will let them get into queue.

We are unsure what might cause this so would really appreciate if you could give some informaiton as to potential causes or if this is something you can fix.
