This code comes up when I try to join a listen server hosted by my friends, and vice versa. I've tried basic things to fix it but I'm not very knowledgeable with computers and don't want to make anything worse by rooting around in stuff I don't understand. The error code is always the same no matter what the server settings are. We can all join public servers though.

Steps To Reproduce
Start up the game
Open server menu
Either find friend's server on the server list and try to join, or try to join through steam
Additional Information
Me and my friends are all on the west coast of the U.S. I've read some other reports that said there were some issues with an LA server, but I didn't understand how they resolved the issue, or if my issue can be solved the same way or not.
