Buoyancy Component Bounding Box Offset

Description

The bounding box offset only applies to two of the six precomputed buoyancy points. Previously I had to modify the water physics component to move the buoyancy points below the center of mass of my object, but with the water physics moved to engine side I can no longer directly influence the computation of buoyancy points. Ideally I'd expect all buoyancy points to be influenced by the bounding box offset, or a separate parameter for offsetting all of the points. Without this we are limited to objects whose neutral buoyancy point is near their center of mass, which isn't always true.

Also, buoyancy is not influenced by children with buoyancy components. For example an entity attached as a slot will not influence the parent buoyancy.
