Day/Night Server Indicator is Inconsistent

Description

My server that has a custom day/night cycle is experiencing this issue. The day/night indicator on the server list sometimes shows that is daytime but when connecting to it, it is in the middle of the night. Sometimes it shows its nighttime but when connecting to it is the middle of the daytime.

I believe this has been explained in this ticket: https://feedback.bistudio.com/T179566

The icon is not updated every second but every 5 minutes, so if the server uses time acceleration it might be confusing (as early morning are marked as nights and late evenings as days).
