I have my GPS Receiver in my hands and it won’t display the coordinates when it switched on. When I drop the gps on the floor I can then read it when lined up correctly. There is something wrong, I should be able to see the coordinates while the receiver is in my hands.

Pull out GPS Receiver to hands. Switch on. Look at GPS. No coordinates shown. Drop to floor. Look at screen. See it’s on and read display.
