Its been a long knows issue that AMD has messed up their drivers some time ago now and the performance has been bad ever since... I have a rx7800 and it gets the same FPS as my GTX 1070 did before... My friends running AMD have the same issue and forums are full of reports of the same issue... Gpu utilization hovers around 50% and the power draw sits at 120w while in any other game it goes up to 280w... A funny thing i noticed is that when i scope in my fans start spining faster, GPU utilization goes up and the power draw goes up to 260w and the FPS skyrockets to almost double. i know that its not bohemias fault but maybe if they press AMD about the issue they will do something
