Barrels crate sea chests cars etc once you put loot in and reset server it goes invisible and you can’t use the storage item anymore

Looked into ignore list not the issue, ppl keep saying it’s the lifetimes but the loot itself isn’t respawning it invisible the inventory of car trunk or storage container like barrel or tent acts like it’s still the but looks empty and you cannot place any more items into the container.
