I am having an issue with building lower frames. I place a fence kit and it shows up as a normal kit but then I walk an inch forward and it says there is a piece of barbed wire which is preventing me from building lower frames. It seems as if the barbed wire is attached to the fence kit.

Building is half the game I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do when they can just crawl under the wall. If there was actually barbed wire there it wouldn’t be a problem but the barbed wire is not real.
