The M79 launcher shells are bugged like the shotgun shells if you find a M79 launcher that is already loaded the shell will be facing towards the player and if you are loading into the game or server for the first time with a M79 launcher that is loaded the shell will be facing the player as well

If you find an already loaded M79 the shell will be facing the player I have found 3 in helicopter crashes that were all loaded, and the shells were facing towards me
