When using a blood bag, pristine, Worn or damaged and badly damaged. The blood bag sometimes will not fill up to 100% sometimes the blood bags feel up to 96% or 63% 65% or 80%. They’re all random at times. Not sure what is causing the problem but it’s completely random at times.

We have tested the issue thoroughly but we were unable to produce this on our end.

Ive had the same issue since 1.24 update. when you use a blood collection kit on your self, it will not fill the bag 100% full. the quantities vary. 96%, 94%
I have had other players say the same thing, that they dont get a 100% full bag when they pull blood from themselves
