Object Properties not editable in Enfusion
Awaiting internal Testing, NormalPublic

Description

I'm not able to select any parameters or properties within my object properties, no matter the entity I select.

I can sometimes change SOME parameters by clicking on the property of the entity, but other times it causes a crash.

Further Trouble shooting

I found a possible workaround:

  • Get bug as described ( UI on object properties dont show or allow me to do anything)
  • Close World Editor.
  • Enfusion Workbench > Utilities > File system Dump
  • Enfusion Workbench > Plugins > Reload WB Scripts ,
  • Enfusion Workbench > Plugins > Clear all settings.
  • open world editor
  • load world file
  • I am able to see the options now when clicking on the item in the hierarchy ( SplineShapeEntity_2 > ... Road_Dirt_02_2 . . . in this case)

RECENT LOGS:

Geez changed the task status from New to Awaiting internal Testing.Jan 29 2024, 10:49 AM

just to show it does it in other files, but my workaround still works.

did a fresh uninstall reinstall, issue still persists.

as of the most recent patch and update my work around does not work ( Fri, Jan 26, 2:09 PM)

Per most recent update, I have been able to successfully get the object properties to function properly. Strangely, they seemed to "side scroll" very very far right and I found the object property criteria was hidden by accidentally undocking the Obj Properties and also accidentally stretching the window between two screens allowed me to reveal the object properties and a middle bar was able to be dragged back to normal to divide the labels from the object properties more appropriately.
