Punched cards are not spawning on the designated military infected. The officer infected with the blue cap has not been spawning punched cards in thier inventory and has made the bunker mostly inaccessible.

I hope this issue is fixed soon it is preventing me from playing the game as normal.

The drop is not 100%.
Are you certain you are not just unlucky? as we cannot seem to produce the issue on our end.

Yes I'm quite sure I've been to 10 military convoys with the spawn chance being 40% it's highly unlikely that it's just RNG.
