the slanted roof of the stairwell leading onto the rooftop of the HQ buildings is see-through. this provides nearly a 180* view of the outside while still being concealed (confirmed with friend standing outside on several occasions).

stand at top of the HQ building stairs just before rooftop doorway. jump down to land on top of the stairway railing. walk up the railing top the highest point of the railing (can be done across the entirety of the horizontal railing). this will provide you a 180* view of the surrounding exterior. you are completely concealed from view from any player outside.
this has worked on both Chernarus and Livonia at every location i have tried
