3rd Person Camera Perspective changes on it's own at random and is very annoying and always goes to the left shoulder when your on the right, never had it go the opposing way.

Press and Hold Right Joystick while in third person and you can change it

Hello MyrthGraal.
This might be connected to the new bind, which was explained by XMC_Cross already. If you mean the change where you are in a tight space or below roof, that might happen and I am afraid, is as designed.
