I can only assume you mean official servers?
If so the issue you might be experiencing is there's a character set for 1pp can swap servers between any 1pp Chernarus & Livonia server official.
And then there's a set character for 3pp servers can only swap to different 3pp servers.
If this what you are experiencing by trying to take a 1pp character to a 3pp server or vise versa then,
everything working as intended 👍
