Missing UI for use/prompts after random button combo

Description

The prompts to open/close doors, pick up items, etc. are missing after pushing a combo of buttons on the Xbox controller. Had this happen about a week ago and clearing the Xbox save data worked but that's not the ideal. Nothing in the settings menu changes it either.

Unable to reproduce but this is the 2nd time it has happened. Will update if I find button combo to reproduce

Happened during CQC and multiple buttons pressed.

Additional Information

It affects all servers and only fix so far is deleting game save data

We have tested this thoroughly but we were unable to reproduce the issue on our end.
