When attaching barbwire to a wall/gate, through the vicinity menu there is the option to "Combine" the barbwire when holding pliers, however when you push combine there is no action that is produced

Steps To Reproduce
- Build wall or gate complete with upper+lower / frames+walls
- Attach barbwire to their corresponding top or bottom slot
- Place pliers in hand
- Open the interaction/vicinity menu
- Hover over the barbwire which will produce the option to "combine"
- Select combine
