Good day guys. For several weeks now I’ve been trying to access the game and several error codes appear. I’ve tried everything from restarting the console to clearing the cache to restoring the licenses to deleting the game to contacting every sort of support and following their instructions. Nothing seems to work. The error codes are

“0x00020019 client has not acquired device ID” to server unreachable to PS4 access token.

I’m on a PS5 and the only thing that has changed in the past weeks is that I’m in a different city until the first week of January so I want to know what can I do at this point. Thanks a lot
