24 DEC i got usual message in log file like:
"AF31 pos=<65*, ** 333.6>) has raised Flag_Chernarus on TerritoryFlag at <65**
From 25 DEC no any info about flags, Reduce log output turned off

Steps To Reproduce
Place flag on the flagpole, raise/lower any flag, no info about this in logs..

it is still present, but you need to enable adminLogBuildActions in the server webinterface.
Settings -> General -> Log Basebuilding.
