I have been receiving this warning message A LOT on my RPT files and I am starting to worry, I been correcting stuff in my server and returning as much as I can to Vanilla but nothing has been able to fix it.

That is normal. The servers from nitrado will have those messages on vanilla servers too.

My issue is no tthe message but the QUANTITY, my previous RPT files from when my restarts took longer had less than 5,000 in more time.
Here is an RPT file from today, in 18,000 lines of code it has 5615
And this older one has almost 30,000 lines of code and it only has 4900. Its the increase of warning messages that is worrying me.
Let me know if this is something I should worry about or no. I just want to make sure the increase of messages is not being caused by my server configuration

This is currently normal. The messages should not affect performance. We are however working on reducing the error messages. Please note that this is a lengthy process and might take some time before the changes will appear in one of the future builds.
