TLDR; GPS receiver screen “non functioning”, it only is viewable if you’re prone looking downward at it

Bug : Since the 1.23 update GPS receivers appear to not work, I use the word appear because they do in fact work. The catch is, the screen is only viewable when you’re prone and looking downward at the screen.

Note: The battery use on the receiver seems to be super fast, less than 15 minutes of accidental use resulted in a dead battery which was 100%.
