When cutting a burlap sack into strips, it will always give one strip. There should be a variation between 1-4 strips when cutting a burlap sack. I have no clue if this is a bug because I never cut burlap sacks until a player told me it always gives one strip, and so I did some tests, and it seems it always gives 1.
