When logging out with a loaded M79 in your inventory, sometimes the round that is loaded will be backwards after logging in. But you can take out the round and put it back in to fix this. Unsure if it is only the 40mm Explosive causing this, the smoke rounds haven't done this yet.

Steps To Reproduce
Have a M79 Loaded with a 40mm Explosive,
Put M79 in your backpack,
Log out,
Log back in,
Take out M79,
Sometimes the 40mm will be loaded backwards.
