I was making my way to a potential train wreck when i saw there were fire trucks spawning also, but they were bugged into the ground and i was not able to enter them and take the gas filter which spawned inside of one of them. This all happened on official.

Steps To Reproduce
I would assume its either always like that because of the code, or something was wrong with the terrain in particular which caused them to take that position. Here is the train wreck in question where this occured
