On an xbox community server with build anywhere enabled, when you try dismantle a watchtower roof it will not give you a prompt to do so no matter where you aim at, every other part of the tower can be dismantled and has been attempted with every tool possible. It makes no difference if its a single tower or connects to another, it gives the same result.
