Description

Using the crossbow, bolts will disappear and/or lose its feathers.

Steps To Reproduce

When being attacked by Zed, Fire bolt killing the Zed at a very close range. Bolt will simply disappear. Happens A LOT.

Killing a Zed at a distance, bolts will sometimes disappear and/or cannot be picked up.

Sometimes bolts will lose its feathers after being picked back up after being fired

Additional Information

Was not an issue prior to 1.23 update

Forgot to mention, this is happening with new/pristine crafted bolts, ie: Not Ruined.
