I just logged in after the new update and the standard drybag will no longer go into inventory with items inside of it. Previously you could use the drybag (without rope) as a container the same as a teddy-bear, Protective case, etc... now I can not store it with any items inside but it still takes a full 20 inventory slots making it highly impractical to carry around. I tried adding a rope to make it a carry sack, then disassembling the bag, nothing changed. If this change was intentional please consider making the drysack take less than 20 slots in inventory. Also for troubleshooting purposes this drysack was on my character and contained items before the update, incase it's just glitched from existing prior to the patch.
