As of 1.0.0.42 the ability to zoom in or “focus” whilst driving or piloting a vehicle is missing for Xbox controllers. You also cannot focus using Right stick on foot. The only way to zoom in with your players camera is “adjust focus” and that doesn’t work if your driving or piloting.
