For some reason, when placing and constructing a sticks shelter it will not pop-up or appear first time during construction. Some times it takes multiple goes to place, especially in bushes or forested areas.
The kit allows placement and attachment of resources, but will not appear, even though it goes through the circling build routine and animation.
Place fence kit in wooded area or area with nearby bushes.
Add all resource to build - four long sticks and 50 short sticks.
Try and construct.
repeat multiple times.
As an added you an try placing tow or more close together - it has the same effect on causing complete construction errors or no construction at all.
