Holding Y to switch mags doesn't always work even if have plenty open slots in inventory and also if wearing head torch or flashlight attached to helmet holding Y on controller will toggle light on and off if has battery in it rather then switching mag with classic controller scheme, I can't speak for newer controller layout as I don't use it and never will.

Mag issue is random not always but head torch / helmet light issue is always with a battery.
