Launcher crashes on exe with the error message System.NotImplementedException: The method or operation is not implemented.

Description

When I try to open the launcher i get the error message with 'The method or operation is not implemented' I can open the arma.exe through the files but that means I cant use any dlc or mods. And I've done multiple reinstalls in different locations, as well as verifying game files.
