Hello Brasil-Team.
Are you talking about b.json files specifically? Does this happen to any other files as well? Are you able to remove the extra files? Do they clone again after the removal?

Nitrado changed my ip address

However, a new error code appeared and they tell me that I will have to reinstall the server from 0

This will certainly cause me to lose a good part of the players I have in the community, as there is no way to save player data or the buildings they make on the Playstation server. 😕

Does the old issue still occur though?

Furthermore, there are players who can fly on the server of my PlayStation console, there is no point in banning them because they come back with other accounts, PlayStation allows the player to create several accounts from one main one.

The old problem seems to have been normalized but the server started to have random resets

For example: When the server starts, it runs for a few minutes or a few hours and restarts automatically.

Hello Brasil-Team.
In regards to the random reset, you first have to contact nitrado to see if this is on their end. If they say they cannot help then please let us know.

Yes, they said the only way to get back to normal would be to reinstall the server from 0.

I've already changed the host location, reset the XML files, reinstalled the server and even so, when the server has many players, the errors start and an mdmp file is even generated in the logs

The biggest problem is saving players' progress. I do my best to keep them active in the game, I even create videos and live content to keep them online, but it's no use if there is no way to guarantee the players' progress "Building and looting" and I don't know what to do, the player cancel Dayz and go play something else which is a shame, I'm trying harder with these limitations we can't do much, only you can help us

Hello Brasil-Team.

About the random resets - server restarts, there were set 4 restarts manually by the owner.
00:07, 06:04,12:01, 18:00 (UTC)
Could you double check that the random restarts are not happening at these times?
Does the persistence issue still occur?

Exactly, it happens at the defined time and also outside these times.
And yes, the problem still persists, a reset usually occurs, followed by another reset in a few minutes, but it does not appear in the nitrado interface event log

Hello Brasil-Team.
We have not found any extra server restarts, these that are unwanted are just server crashes.
Is the player progress not being saved the whole time or only when the "unexpected" restart happens?
Unfortunately there are no dump files we can go off.
