When you get killed and spam respawn, it will kick you out of the server and if you click again on the server fast enough your character respawns on the same spot you died in.

To be more cleared...
Once you die and click respawn then spam the button "A" on the Xbox controller as soon as you clicked respawn. It will put you on the countdown to respawn but if you spam it, it will kick you off the server and if you join up again in less than 3 seconds it respawns you again in the same spot you died in. WITH full health.
