While using the weather xml file with custom values and after a storm has passed the player will continue to see rain although the weather has cleared, the only way to remove the on screen rain is to log out of the server and log back in... I am not sure if this is considered a minor dsync issue. It can be annoying having to log in and out constantly if the weather changes a lot.
