Using the radial menu to open the map froze the game with the screen going blue (see attached screenshot), and then crashed to Xbox Home Screen.

Both times occurred at a main operating base that had dozens of bodies due to actions of trolls. There was already a noticeable drop in FPS and game performance from the amount of bodies both times the crash occurred.

I was standing in the pile of bodies when the crashes occurred as well.
