Description

Here is my PanelWidget configuration:

Here they are before the 0.9.9 patch

Here they are AFTER the 0.9.9 patch

The issue: the panel widget makes lines around the entire panelwidget, however it's expected to make only corners

Red: bad, undesired behavior
Green: good, desired behavior

create a layout
Place panelWidgets around the layout
make the panels style pixel_corner
play the game with the layout
the panels are bad
