Cull and User Alpha Bias not working with MatPBR2Layers

Description

As the title says Cull and User Alpha Bias is not working with MatPBR2Layers.
Cull on "None" still shows everything in the mask texture.
User Alpha Bias has no effect at all.

Cull and User Alpha Bias should first of all work as intended with other Material Classes e.g MatPBR2Layers and should also affect the MASK texture (Or these settings should show up at the Mask texture aswell).

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Try to make a new MatPBR2Layers Material with mask so you dont need 100 textures for different colors.
  2. Try to put that on a helmet and try to use cull or user alpha bias so it doesnt show up in first person.
  3. See that nothing works as expected
